9-1-14 Changes bring better things.

So. CAMBIOS.
Oh my gosh. My Heavenly Father knows me and is so aware of me and has given me the PERFECT companion to help me. In so many ways. My last cambio was really hard on me in a lot of different ways and what I have been praying for came, in the form of a pretty, tall, 20 yr old Chilean :) She was actually in my zone for 2 cambios in Huanuco!!!! Her name is Hermana Erices and I LOVE HER. I already know this cambio is going to be super super great for learning, growing and becoming more like the woman God wants me to be.

We made homeade Horchata monday... HEAVEN. I miss Horchata like super crazy. And, we may or may not have eaten live fishies out of the beautiful lagoon.... ;)

Go look up the blog post drops of awesome!!! its.... awesome..
Also, go read the September ensign!!! It's very good.

But that's actually about it. I heard a very interesting story about sharing the gospel. Permit me to be a little bold.
It is SELFISH of us who have the truth and this happiness to not share it with others. To not open our mouths and at least give them a chance!!
The story goes something like at judgement day, we are going to be with all of our friends, conocidos, family and others that we knew here in this life. And there will be many of them that will ask us why we didn't give them what we had. Why we kept it to ourselves and thought we were too good to give it to them, or that they would never accept it or that we were simply too scared..  (mas or menos)
I was thinking about the reality of that. Of COURSE everyone has their agency and we cannot force someone to believe what we do, but we also have the responsibility to give them every opportunity. to love them, serve them, be examples, and then SHARE IT WITH THEM!!!! The rest is up to Heavenly Father and them, but do it. I want to be at judgement day surrounded by friends family and others who I was able to help find the truth, find happiness, find our savior and be able to receive ETERNAL life with our Father in Heaven.
SO. Share it. Share what you have. Pray for the courage to do and be a little better. I am doing the SAME thing out here in the mission field.

I love you all. I hope you all are living your dreams, learning to be more like Christ and working hard in whatever you're doing.

Write me, punks.

con todo mi amorsh,
Hermana Whitlock
